Delivery to the EU and Northern Ireland ** Please Note**

Unfortunately due to the strict change in policy regarding GPSR, (General Product Safety Regulations), implemented in December 2024, I am no longer able to post to EU countries and Northern Ireland. I do apologise for this but the regulations at this stage have made it extremely difficult and costly for a small business such as mine to comply with.

UK Delivery including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man.

UK delivery is free !!! Orders are dispatched through Royal Mail Special Delivery, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Kathleen Ashcroft Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

International

International orders incur a charge of £18 and are dispatched through Royal Mail which aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service within that country and Kathleen Ashcroft Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges that you may experience, which may be caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.
