Welcome to Kathleen Ashcroft Jewellery website terms and conditions, by using this site you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions which may be changed or added to at any time.

Payments

Prices shown are in GBP. On line payments can be made using debit or credit cards. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or PayPal or if you experience any difficulty making an online payment then please email info@kathleenashcroftjewellery.com

Orders

Kathleen does carry a limited amount of stock but most pieces are made to order. Depending on the piece, creating your jewellery can take anything from a couple of days up to six weeks. If you require an item sooner then please make contact to discuss your individual needs. If you would like to discuss Kathleen designing a bespoke piece for you then please email info@kathleenashcroftjewellery.com Bespoke pieces require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order and at this point cannot be cancelled. The outstanding balance to be paid on completion and prior to dispatch. Products remain the property of Kathleen Ashcroft Jewellery until full payment is made.

UK Delivery

UK delivery is free!!! Orders are dispatched through Royal Mail Special Delivery, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

International / European Deliveries

International and European orders incur a charge of £12 and are dispatched through Royal Mail which aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. International / European delivery is the responsibility of the postal service within that country and Kathleen Ashcroft Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges you may experience which is caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

Returns / Refunds

We really hope you love your Kathleen Ashcroft Jewellery, however please email quoting your order number if there is a problem with your piece.

Jewellery items can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned within 14 days of receipt of the item, providing they have not been worn, damaged or altered in any way. Unfortunately earrings are non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. If you experience a problem with earrings then please make contact with Kathleen. Please return any items within their original packaging. It is recommended that customers use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which provides tracking and insurance for the item. The cost of return delivery will be at the customer’s expense unless the jewellery is faulty. Kathleen Ashcroft Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit from the customer.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

Bespoke / commissioned pieces are non returnable. Kathleen asks for particular care and attention when ordering these pieces.

Product Description

Every effort is made to ensure that all images provide an accurate representation of the finished product. However due to the handmade nature of Kathleen’s work no two items will be exactly the same and slight variations may occur between pieces. Images may not be representative of the actual size and depending on what type of monitor you view the product, colours may vary too. Please refer to the individual product and item description on actual sizes of the finished piece.
